I recently downloaded the trial version of Case Complete and am very impressed with the ease of use and the efficiencies it provides. I have been tasked with drafting a list of pros and cons for our company and have only been able to identify four cons:
1) Generated reports do not identify actors and glossary items in the same manner the software does (which is disappointing)
2) The glossary does not allow customizable fields. Would like to be able define type of glossary item (field, term, etc.), for fields would like to add columns for field type, field length, other field attributes, etc.
3) Security requirements must be developed externally and attached as a related document. Example, mutlipe actors for a single use case - each has a different security setting (could possibly use any time extension for this purpose).
4) Use case diagrams must be developed externally and attached as a related document.
