It would be helpful if CC could accept Visio (*.vsd) or autocad (*.dwg) drawings as diagrams.

Regarding your comment about a grid and browser control - are you referring to a mockup of a grid component that you might place on a windows or web form? Or are you referring to a layout mechanism so that the components that you place in the diagram are aligned correctly? One feature you might not be aware of that helps with alignment ...

It's difficult to work on complex diagrams in the constrained window that's part of the Case Complete console. I'd prefer to be able to open a full-page-sized window, or at least expand the diagram pane to take up much of the screen.
