Failed to enable constraints. One or more rows contain values violating non-null, unique, or foreign-key constraints. Cannot save work, so what does this mean? How to I fix it?

Hi. Not sue if this is already mentioned:
I would like to have the ability to use some simple formating commands within the text (e.g. description of a use case) like bold, underline, italic, table.

It would be useful to be able to highlight words or passages in the text of use cases and other entities, to make clear to oneself or other authors which areas need to be revisited.
