Jobs: Software Developer

About Us

A View From The OfficeSerlio Software is a small, steadily-growing company based in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin. We created CaseComplete – a product that helps companies come to agreement about what exactly an IT project is going to deliver. When it comes to bad requirements, no single factor causes so much waste, rework, or failure. In an already crowded market, our intuitive, unique approach has won us a loyal following of customers worldwide.

About You

We have a lot of ideas about how we can make the product even better. We have a lot of ideas for new products. We need some help designing, developing, and implementing those ideas. We don’t hire based on buzzwords, but we currently work mostly in C# and Windows Forms.

Requirements

  • You have to love writing software and be very good at it. We’re not looking for WIMPs (Well-Intentioned Mediocre Programmers).
  • You’ll need excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • We want you to work with us in our offices in Wauwatosa.

You’ll be compensated fairly for your best work, of course. You'll work with great people who love what they do. Our environment is developer-friendly. Our benefits are solid (401(k), health insurance, vacation, etc.).

To be a success here, you’ve got to want to work at a small company (building something big). We need you to make things happen and to have an impact. If you need a lot of structure, nice offices, and an espresso machine in the lunchroom, Serlio might not be the place for you. For us, a great workplace isn’t about having a foosball table, it’s about working with remarkable colleagues.

As an equal opportunity employer, we hire without consideration to race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status or disability. You'll need a permanent legal right to work in the US.

To apply, send an email to jobs at serlio dot com. Include a URL to your LinkedIn profile or resume. Principals only, please.
