The 30-day trial is the actual product - you need only activate it with a serial number to fully license it:

1. If you haven't already, download the 30-day trial and install it.
2. Choose your support level and click the "buy now" button below to pay by credit card, or see below for P.O. instructions.
3. Receive your unique serial number(s) via e-mail upon payment.
4. Enter your name and serial number on the registration screen of the trial version.
5. Activate the product.
   (Activation takes just seconds and prevents anyone else from using your serial number on a different computer.)

We offer two support levels:

1-year Premium Support and Upgrades (Optional):

• Free upgrades for 1 year after purchasing CaseComplete
• Unlimited e-mail support for 1 year
• Same-day response for issues received before 3pm on business days (US Central timezone).  Otherwise the issue has priority on the next business day.
• 5 phone support incidents per user for 1 year
• Cost: 30% of your total purchase

Standard Support:

• Unlimited e-mail support for 6 months after purchasing CaseComplete
• Response by next business day
• 1 phone support incident per user for 6 months after purchasing CaseComplete
• Cost: included with purchase of CaseComplete

Note that if you choose not to purchase Premium Support and Upgrades now, you may purchase it in the future, however the cost will be 50% of the CaseComplete list price, so it is to your advantage to purchase now. Note also that purchasing 1-year premium support and upgrades is the only way to purchase upgrades - we do not sell upgrade licenses for an individual release.

Price list: Price for 1 license is $595. Multiple license discounts are available as shown in the table below. (Prices are given in US dollars. Click the "buy now" button to see prices for other currencies.)
