We take pride in our ability to provide superior technical support. If you have questions or problems, you will get a prompt response from a person who is deeply knowledgeable about the product.  We offer two support levels:

Premium Support (Included when you purchase 1-year of Premium Support and Upgrades):
  • Free upgrades for 1 year after purchasing CaseComplete
  • Unlimited e-mail support for 1 year
  • Same-day response for issues received before 3pm on business days (US Central timezone).  Otherwise the issue has priority on the next business day.
  • 5 phone support incidents per user for 1 year

Standard Support (Included if you choose not to purchase 1-year Premium Support and Upgrades):

  • Unlimited e-mail support for 6 months after purchasing Case Complete
  • Response by next business day
  • 1 phone support incident per user for 6 months after purchasing Case Complete

Case Complete System Requirements:
  • Supported operating systems: Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000.
  • Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0 or version 3.0 (note Windows Vista includes version 3.0).  Case Complete version 2.6 and earlier will also run on Microsoft .Net Framework version 1.1. You may download and install the framework by clicking on the links above, or you may install it using Microsoft Windows Update.
  • Microsoft Word 2002 or later (in order to generate Word reports and view the tutorial).
