What's New in Version 2.6?

2.6 is a maintenance release, free to paid 2.x users. Besides numerous small bug fixes and enhancements, see below for several important new and useful features. See the release notes for a complete list of changes and installation notes.
Version History

1. Undo/Redo
Unlimited undo/redo. Available from the toolbar as a drop down list or via standard Ctrl+Z and Ctrl+Y.

2. Save As
Save your model to a new name or a new folder for backup purposes or to start a new model based on an existing one. If you save your sub-packages in separate files, Case Complete will give you the option to rename the sub-package files too.

3. Find/Replace
Have you changed terminology and want to change your descriptions to use the new terminology? Now it's easy using Find/Replace.

4. Enhanced Word and HTML report generation dialogs
New folder browsing makes it easier to maintain your own custom reports. New checkbox allows you to include sub-packages of selected package, so you can report on an entire branch of your model tree or just the selected package.

5. Word report filtering (where clause)
Powerful new keyword lets you create custom reports to show specific subsets of your model. For example: $listUseCases where AssignedTo = Sebastiano

6. Other Word report enhancements
New keywords, $TemplateName and $TemplatePath, show the name and path of the Word template in the generated report.  Examples folder contains template examples that explain and demonstrate advanced reporting features. New reports: Open Issues and TabDelimitedRequirements.

7. Display contents of sub-packages
New checkbox next to the package filter dropdown list lets you choose to see the contents of an entire branch of your model or just the contents of the specified package.

8. Packages shown in hierarchical order
Default order when showing packages in drop down lists or in reports is the same as the order specified in the model browser. Dropdown lists use indenting to show package hierarchy.
